SPAM. We take SPAM complaints
very seriously. If one of your users is sending out SPAM we expect
you to correct it. If we receive a complaint about your equipment
being used to send SPAM we expect you to correct it.
If you do not correct it we will
correct it for you and you will be subject to shutdown in addition to the
normal penalties set forth in our AUP and any prescribed in both Federal and Oregon
law. |
