Troubleshooting costs will apply when ever our tech support is asked to correct a problem and the result of that problem is your hardware or software and not ours.  We do this as an incentive for you to make sure your equipment is not causing the issue.


SPAM.  We take SPAM complaints very seriously.  If one of your users is sending out SPAM we expect you to correct it.  If we receive a complaint about your equipment being used to send SPAM we expect you to correct it.

If you do not correct it we will correct it for you and you will be subject to shutdown in addition to the normal penalties set forth in our AUP and any prescribed in both Federal and Oregon law.
